Staff Pastor Jon was installed as Pastor of First Lutheran Church in August of 2001. He has been a pastor since 1992 serving congregations in St. Mary's, Ohio, Fremont, Ohio and Canal Winchester, Ohio. Ironically, Pastor Jon and his wife Terry were married at First Lutheran Church in 1989, as this is Terry's home congregation. They have two children, Michael and Sarah. Pastor Jon graduated from Capital University with a B.A. in Business Administration in 1988 and from Trinity Lutheran Seminary with a Master of Divinity in 1992. Parish Director Kim joined the staff at First Lutheran Church in 1999. A life long member of the church, Kim has added many gifts and skills to the administration of day to day operations. She also serves as the CEO of Lutheran Community Services. Kim is married to Richard, and has a daughter Samantha. Secretary Lisa joined the church staff in 1992. She is the voice you hear when you call, and takes great care of all the staff. She puts in many hours on behalf of the congregation preparing for Sunday worship and other events. Lisa is married to Scott, and they have two children, Dustin and Meaghan.

~ Director of Christian Education, Youth and Family Brooke joined the staff in September 2005. A life long Lutheran, Brooke brings an energy and excitement to our Education and Youth and Family ministries. Brooke is married to David, and has four children, Nichole, Michael, Mary and Nathan. ~ Director of Music Cheryl joined the staff at First Lutheran in September 1979. She oversees the many music programs at First Lutheran and also serves as Chancel Choir Director and principal organist. Cheryl is married to Larry who also serves as the Carilloneurs Choir director.
